Who are we?
We’re Ambient Computer Services, a supplier of I.T. services, which includes telephone support, remote support, the supply of computer hardware, software, online hosting services, and cloud services (i.e. Office 365, AWS). Ambient Computer Services are a UK registered limited company (No. 4413590). The registered address is Unit 2 Twelvetrees Business Park, Twelvetrees Crescent, London E3 3JQ.
How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, call our offices, and send us email. For example, when you contact us about products and services, or to log a support request.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. It may also include details of products you own, services you use, and in some cases usernames and passwords, so we can facilitate technical support queries.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that its treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with the following software 256 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
